This skills programme is designed for the public sector and is aimed at:
• records managers; and
• work study officials.
Records managers and work-study officials have to understand all processes and procedures with regards to records, registry and mail management. Therefore, these officials must have in-depth knowledge of the fields within these areas.

Entry Requirements
The credit calculation in the relevant unit standard are based on the
assumption that learners are competent in:
•computer literacy (NQF level 3);
• mathematical literacy (NQF level 4);
• accountancy (NQF level 4); and
• communication (NQF level 4).
